    睡眠障碍与心血管疾病关系研究进展

    Research progress in relationship between sleep disorders and cardiovascular diseases

    • 摘要: 睡眠是人体必需的生命活动,良好的睡眠有助于β-淀粉样蛋白、腺苷和毒素等代谢物的清除、脑力和体力恢复。随着社会高速发展,睡眠障碍的发生率迅速增高,同时,心血管疾病的比例及严重程度也显著增加,并与睡眠障碍有密切关系,其机制涉及下丘脑、交感神经、脑干网状结构、免疫系统和激素等神经-体液因素,本文总结了二者关系、作用机制及相关治疗研究进展。

       

      Abstract: Sleep forms an essential part of daily life, which is conducive to the clearance of metabolites including β-amyloid protein, adenosine and toxins. Moreover, the recovery from mental and physical exertions relies on a good sleep. With the high-speed development of society, the incidence of sleep disorders grows rapidly and the proportion and severity of cardiovascular diseases also increase. The close relationship between the two complications has been demonstrated widely and the underlying mechanisms involve the remodeling of hypothalamus, sympathetic nerves, brain stem reticular structure, hormone, immune system and humoral factors. In this review, the recent progress in the relationship between sleep disorders and cardiovascular diseases, research on the mechanism as well as the therapeutic explorations were summarized.
