    Application of case analysis combined with network platform teaching mode in teaching of cardiovascular related skin diseases

        目的  评价病例分析结合网络平台的混合教学模式在心血管相关皮肤病教学中的应用效果。
        方法  选取皮肤科规范化培训医师110人,随机分为实验组和对照组(每组55人),实验组采用病例分析结合网络平台的混合教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。
        结果  实验组学员对心血管相关皮肤病教学的满意程度和对知识的感兴趣程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。测试成绩分析结果表明,实验组学员的心血管相关皮肤病题目的测试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。
        结论  病例分析结合网络平台的混合教学模式有助于提高心血管相关皮肤病的教学效果。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To evaluate the effect of applying case analysis combined with the network platform teaching mode in the teaching of cardiovascular related skin diseases.
        METHODS  A total of 110 dermatologists in standardized training were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group (55 cases in each group). A mixed teaching model of combining case analysis and network platform was adopted in the experimental group, while the traditional teaching model was applied in the control group.
        RESULTS  The trainees in the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with the teaching of cardiovascular-related skin diseases and more interested in knowledge than the control group(P<0.05). The results of the test score analysis showed that the test scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).
        CONCLUSION  The mixed teaching mode of case analysis combined with the network platform is helpful to enhance the teaching effect of cardiovascular-related skin diseases.
