    Exosomal lncRNA and acute myocardial infarction

    • 摘要: 急性心肌梗死(AMI)是心血管疾病中的急性、缺血/缺氧性疾病,以冠状动脉完全或不完全的闭塞为病理特征,造成心肌细胞的大量丢失。长链非编码RNAs (lncRNAs),是一类不具有蛋白编码功能的核糖核酸,能在外泌体内稳定存在。现研究发现其在表观遗传、转录及转录后水平均具有调控作用。lncRNAs在双层脂质囊泡——外泌体(exosomes)的包裹下,可被转运到心血管系统,调节心肌细胞、内皮细胞及血管平滑肌细胞等的自噬、凋亡和纤维化,从生物遗传水平调控AMI的发生、发展。本文主要介绍外泌体来源的lncRNAs是如何在基因层面调控AMI的病理改变以及相关进展。

       

      Abstract: Acute myocardial infarction is an acute ischemic and hypoxic disease in the cardiovascular system. It is pathologically characterized by complete or incomplete occlusion of the coronary arteries, resulting in a large loss of cardiomyocytes. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a type of ribonucleic acids that do not have protein coding function and can exist stably in exosomes. The current study has found that lncRNAs have a regulatory effect on epigenetics, transcription and post-transcriptional levels. LncRNAs can be transported to the cardiovascular system under the encapsulation of double-layer lipid vesicles-exosomes to regulate the autophagy, apoptosis and fibrosis of cardiomyocytes, endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells, and regulate the occurrence and development of acute myocardial infarction from the biological genetic level. This article mainly introduces how lncRNAs derived from exosomes regulate the pathological changes and related progress of acute myocardial infarction at the genetic level.
