    线粒体相关内质网膜(MAMs)在心血管疾病中的研究进展

    Progress of MAMs in cardiovascular diseases

    • 摘要: 作为内质网和线粒体接触的结构,线粒体相关内质网膜(mitochondria-associated endoplasmic reticulum membranes,MAMs)可通过膜结构上的分子促进两种细胞器的物质和信号的交流。目前MAMs在脂质的生物合成与转运、钙稳态的维持、ROS的产生以及自噬过程中的角色逐步被证实。研究表明,MAMs在一些心血管疾病如心力衰竭、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、动脉粥样硬化的发生中十分重要。本文介绍了MAMs的分离和观察方法以及在细胞稳态维持中的作用,并讨论了MAMs在一些心血管疾病中的作用。

       

      Abstract: As the sites of close contact between mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum, the mitochondria-associated endoplasmic reticulum membranes(MAMs) enhance cargo and signal exchanges between the two organelles through the molecular composition. The roles of the MAMs in lipid biosynthesis and trafficking, calcium homeostasis, ROS production and autophagy have been gradually confirmed. It is reported that MAMs are important for the pathology of cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, heart ischemia reperfusion injury and atherosclerosis. In this review, we introduce the methods of MAMs isolation and observation as well as the role of MAMs in maintenance of cellular homeostasis, and then discuss the role of MAMs in some cardiovascular diseases.
