    • 摘要: 生物钟是一种复杂的细胞机制,它控制着包括炎症在内的一系列病理生理过程。同样,炎症也会导致昼夜节律紊乱,这可能会进一步放大炎症反应,加重组织损伤。本文围绕节律基因及其与炎症间的相互作用进行了概述,旨在探讨二者的联系及具体的作用机制,为炎症性疾病的预防和治疗提供新的方向。

       

      Abstract: The biological clock is a complex cellular mechanism that controls a range of physiological processes, including inflammation. Similarly, inflammation can lead to disruptions in circadian rhythms, which may further amplify the inflammatory response and worsen tissue damage. In this paper, we summarized the rhythm genes and their interactions with inflammation, aiming to explore the relationship between them and their specific mechanism of action, so as to provide some new approach for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory diseases.
