    • 摘要: 血管生成是维持心脏组织适应性生长、再生的关键因素。内皮细胞(endothelial cell,EC)是血管的主要组成部分,除了形成血管为心脏组织提供氧气和营养物质以外,还可以通过旁分泌多种细胞外因子调控组织稳态、生长和再生等过程。近年来研究发现EC可分泌神经调节蛋白1(neuregulin-1, NRG-1)等因子调控心肌细胞肥大、增殖和凋亡等过程,是影响生理病理性心脏生长以及心肌梗死等过程的重要因素。因此,深入了解EC旁分泌因子的类型及其作用机制可为预防和治疗心血管疾病提供新的靶点和策略。

       

      Abstract: Angiogenesis is a key factor in maintaining the adaptive growth and regeneration of heart tissue. Endothelial cells (EC) are the main components of blood vessels. In addition to forming blood vessels to provide oxygen and nutrients to the heart tissue, EC can also regulate tissue homeostasis, growth, and regeneration through paracrine with multiple extracellular factors. In recent years, studies have found that EC can secrete neuregulin-1 (NRG-1) and other factors to regulate cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, proliferation and apoptosis, which is an important factor affecting physiological and pathological heart growth and myocardial infarction. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of the types of EC paracrine factors and their mechanism of action can provide new targets and strategies for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
