    Advances in role of STIM, ORAI and TRPC mediating SOCE in proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells

    • 摘要: 血管平滑肌细胞增殖在血管重塑的过程中起关键性作用,钙库操纵型钙内流在血管平滑肌细胞增殖中扮演着重要作用。血管粥样硬化性疾病存在血管重塑,对钙库操纵型钙内流的研究可为血管粥样硬化性疾病的防治提供分子靶标。本综述就STIM、ORAI、TRPC在钙库操纵型钙内流中的作用以及对血管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响进行概述。

       

      Abstract: The store-operated calcium influx plays an important role in the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells, which play a key role in vascular remodelling. The study of store-operated calcium influx may help to provide molecular targets for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases which are characterized by vascular remodeling. In this review, the roles of STIM, ORAI and TRPC in store-operated calcium influx and their effects on the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells were summarized.
