    无症状心房颤动筛查技术的进展

    Advancement in screening for asymptomatic atrial fibrillation

    • 摘要: 心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是临床中最常见的持续性心律失常,导致脑卒中、心力衰竭(heart failure, HF)风险明显增加。部分AF患者无特异临床症状,首诊表现即为卒中或HF。对无症状AF患者进行筛查,对于AF的早期发现、早期治疗、预后改善尤为重要。目前常用的筛查手段有:脉搏触诊、手持式心电图(electrocardiogram,ECG)仪、可穿戴设备、植入式电子设备等。多种筛查方式各具特点,亦存在一定局限性。针对AF发病高危人群筛查,合理选择筛查技术能够提高筛查效率、降低筛查成本。

       

      Abstract: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common sustained arrhythmia, which significantly increases the risk of stroke and heart failure. A significant proportion of patients with AF have no specific symptoms, whose first presentation is stroke or heart failure. Screening for asymptomatic AF is critical for early diagnosis, early treatment and prognosis improvement. At present, quantities of screening approaches are available, such as pulsation, handhold electrocardiogram machines, wearable devices and cardiac implantable electronic devices. Each of these methods has its own features and certain limitations. Proper use of these technologies to screen high-risk subjects for AF can improve the efficiency and lower the cost.
