远端桡动脉入路在冠状动脉造影及介入中的研究进展

Research progress of distal transradial access in coronary angiography and intervention

摘要: 远端桡动脉入路（distal transradial access, dTRA）是对冠心病患者行冠状动脉造影（coronary angiography, CAG）及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI）的一种新的手术途径，近年来，国内外心血管病医生都在尝试这一新的手术途径，本文对该手术途径的解剖结构、患者准备、穿刺、止血、国内外的应用进展、优点、缺点等方面作一综述。

Abstract: Distal transradial access (dTRA) is a new surgical approach for coronary angiography (CAG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease. In recent years, cardiovascular doctors at home and abroad are trying this novel surgical approach. This paper reviews the anatomical structure, patient preparation, puncture, hemostasis, application progress, advantages and disadvantages of this surgical approach.
