    代谢综合征与心房纤颤相关机制研究综述

    Research progress in relationship between metabolic syndrome and atrial fibrillation

    • 摘要: 心房纤颤(atrial fibrillation, AF)是一种最常见的心律失常,疾病本身及其相关并发症严重威胁着人类的生命安全,因此降低房颤的患病风险尤为重要。近年来各种代谢危险因素对房颤的影响受到了广泛的关注和重视,有一系列重要的文献报道。研究报道代谢综合征及其组分(如肥胖、高血压和胰岛素抵抗等)都是房颤重要的危险因素,但是其中的机制尚未完全阐明。本文就各种代谢危险因素与房颤发病相关机制进行脉络分析,对预防和治疗的最新进展进行文献综述。

       

      Abstract: Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmia. The disease and its associated complications seriously threaten human health and life safety, so it is particularly important to reduce the risk of atrial fibrillation. In recent years, the influence of various metabolic risk factors on atrial fibrillation has received extensive attention. Previous studies have shown that metabolic syndrome and its components (such as obesity, hypertension and insulin resistance, etc.) are important risk factors for atrial fibrillation, but the mechanism has not been fully elucidated. This article reviews advances in metabolic risk factors and pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation, which provides help for clinical prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation.
