Abstract: Left atrial appendage occlusion has become a commonly used device in antithrombotic program to prevent stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. With the introduction of the ABC comprehensive strategy for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation and the grading diagnosis and treatment plan for atrial fibrillation in China, left atrial appendage occlusion will receive more and more attention and become an important assist of the standardized comprehensive treatment for atrial fibrillation patients.
