    思维导图在心电图教学实践中的应用

    Application of mind mapping in clinical teaching of electrocardiology

    • 摘要:
        目的  探讨基于思维导图在医学生心电图教学实践中的应用及其教学效果。
        方法  选择首都医科大学2016、2017级临床医学研究生24名随机分为改进组及对照组2组,各12名,开展为期32学时心电图临床教学活动,改进组以思维导图为核心进行教学活动,对照组按照既往常规的心电图临床教学方法进行。对两组医学生分别在心电图实习开始前及结束后进行统一的心电图基本理论、基本操作及心电图判读考试并评分。
        结果  改进组医学生的心电图基本理论、基本操作及心电图判读成绩均高于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
        结论  思维导图有利于提高心电图临床教学的教学质量和效果。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To explore the application and teaching effect of mind mapping in electrocardiographic teaching mode for medical students.
        METHODS  We selected 24 clinical medical postgraduates of 2016 and 2017 from Capital Medical University and randomly divided them into two groups: improvement group and control group, 12 in each group, to carry out clinical teaching activities of electrocardiogram (ECG) for 32 class hours. The improvement group took mind mapping as the core of teaching activities, the control group according to the previous routine clinical teaching methods of ECG. Before and after the ECG teaching, the two groups of medical students were tested and scored on the basic theory, operation and interpretation of ECG.
        RESULTS  The scores of ECG basic theory, basic operation and ECG interpretation of medical students in the improved group were higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05).
        CONCLUSION  Mind mapping improves the teaching quality and effect of ECG clinical teaching.
