    Seminar-案例教学法在《寒冷暴露对心脑血管相关疾病的影响》课程中的效果评价

    Effect evaluation of seminar-case based teaching method in military health teaching

    • 摘要:
        目的  探讨Seminar-案例教学法在《寒冷暴露对心脑血管相关疾病的影响》教学中的效果。
        方法  在“寒冷暴露对心脑血管相关疾病的影响”教学过程中,对空军军医大学2016级预防医学专业、口腔医学专业的本科生进行Seminar-案例教学法的尝试,2016级临床医学专业的本科生采用传统教学法讲授。
        结果  实施Seminar-案例教学法的考试成绩、优良率显著高于传统教学组,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不记名问卷调查结果显示,Seminar-案例教学法组对《寒冷暴露对心脑血管相关疾病的影响》的教学满意度较高。
        结论  Seminar-案例教学法不但培养了学生创新思维的意识及团队合作精神,而且与传统的教学法相比较,学生《寒冷暴露对心脑血管相关疾病的影响》的成绩以及对于Seminar-案例教学法的满意度都明显高于传统教学组。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To discuss the effect of seminar-case based teaching (CBT) method in the teaching of effects of cold exposure on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular related diseases.
        METHODS  Seminar-CBT method was employed in the teaching of effects of cold exposure on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular related diseases for undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine and stomatology Grade 2016 and traditional teaching method was employed for undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine Grade 2016 in our university.
        RESULTS  The average score and the excellent and good rate in seminar-CBT method group were significantly higher than those in traditional teaching method group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results of anonymous questionnaire showed that seminar-CBT method group had a high degree of satisfaction with the teaching of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular related diseases.
        CONCLUSION  Seminar-CBT method not only cultivates students’ consciousness of innovative thinking and teamwork spirit, but also results in higher scores and satisfaction compared with traditional teaching methods.
