    Application of flip class and team-based learning based on WeChat platform in teaching of pathophysiological experiments

    • 摘要:
        目的  探讨微信联合翻转课堂、以团队为基础的教学法(TBL)在病理生理学实验教学中应用和效果。
        方法  将60名临床医学专业五年制本科生随机分成两组,一组(对照组)采用传统教学方式,另一组(实验组)采用微信联合翻转课堂、TBL教学方式。
        结果  实验组客观性评价和主观性评价的指标均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
        结论  将微信联合翻转课堂、TBL教学方式用于病理生理学实验教学,不仅能够提高学生对知识的掌握,还能够激发学生的学习兴趣,值得推广应用。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To explore the effects of the teaching method of flip class and team-based learning (TBL) based on WeChat platform in the teaching of pathophysiological experiments.
        METHODS  A total of 60 students (majoring in five-year clinical medicine) were divided randomly into experimental group (30 cases, flip class and TBL based on WeChat platform) and control group (30 cases, conventional teaching method).
        RESULTS  Both objective and subjective evaluation indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
        CONCLUSION  The teaching method of flip class and TBL based on WeChat platform not only improves teaching effectiveness, but also increases students’ interest in learning. It is worthy of application and popularization.
