    • 摘要: 左桡动脉入路行冠状动脉造影术具有导管易到位、较低的放射剂量吸收、解剖学变异少、学习曲线短等优点,因此左桡动脉可以作为冠状动脉造影的常规初始入路。

       

      Abstract: Left radial approach (LRA) has the advantages of easier coronary cannulation, lower radiation dose, less anatomic variants and shorter learning curve. LRA can thus be used as routine for CAG.
