    • 摘要: 随着现代医学影像学技术的发展,多层螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉成像技术目前作为临床诊断冠心病(CHD)首选的无创性检查方法,近年已成为影像学研究的热点。本文通过MSCT对冠状动脉钙化、狭窄、斑块性质、术后改变、心脏功能5个方面评价的综合分析,综合阐述了MSCT在诊断CHD中发挥的重要作用。

       

      Abstract: With the development of modern imaging techniques, at present multispiral CT (MSCT), a coronary artery imaging technique used as a preferable noninvasive test method for diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD), has become a method for diagnosis of CHD and a “hot spot” of imaging studies. This article analyzed the MSCT evaluation of coronary artery calcification, coronary artery stenosis, coronary artery plaque properties, coronary artery postoperative changes and cardiac functions, showing the key role of MSCT in the diagnosis of CHD.
