依托机能智慧实验教室开展研讨型心血管实验教学的实践与思考

    Innovative practice of seminar-style functional experimental teaching in smart laboratory

      目的  探讨研讨型实验教学模式在“基础医学综合实验”授课中的实践效果。
      方法  选取2023、2024年秋季学期空军军医大学五年制临床医学专业学员为试验组,采用“智慧教室+研讨型实验教学”模式;以2021、2022年传统模式授课学员为对照组。通过实验成绩、完成时间、问卷调查成果,综合评价教学改革效果。
      结果  试验组学员实验平均成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.01),平均完成时间缩短(P<0.01)。问卷显示,95.9%的学员对授课质量满意,92.6%的学员认为课程显著提升综合动手能力。课程建设成果获国家级、省级多个奖项,并形成可复制的“高阶-对话-开放”实验课堂范式。
      结论  依托智慧实验教室的研讨型心血管实验教学可有效促进学员高阶认知能力发展,提升课程挑战度与创新性,为医学实验教学数字化转型提供实践路径。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM To explore the practical effectiveness of a seminar-style experimental teaching model in the Comprehensive Basic Medical Experiments course.
      METHODS Five-year clinical medicine students from Air Force Medical University in the 2023 and 2024 autumn semesters were assigned as the experimental group, receiving instruction via the Seminar-style Experimental Teaching model. Students taught with the traditional model in 2021 and 2022 served as the control group. The effectiveness of the teaching reform was comprehensively evaluated using experimental scores, completion times, and questionnaire results.
      RESULTS The average experimental score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), and the average completion time was shorter (P<0.01). Questionnaires indicated that 95.9% of students were satisfied with the teaching quality, and 92.6% of students believed the course significantly enhanced their comprehensive practical skills. The curriculum development achievements garnered six national/provincial awards and established a replicable “High-order, Dialogic, Open-ended” experimental classroom paradigm.
      CONCLUSION Seminar-style experimental teaching in smart laboratories effectively promotes the development of students' high-order cognitive abilities, enhances course rigor and innovation, and provides a practical pathway for the digital transformation of medical experimental teaching.
