    Application of CBL, TSP, and Seminar models in the teaching of cardiovascular disease screening and health management for pilots

      目的 探讨教师标准化病人(teachers standardized patients, TSP)、Seminar教学法联合案例教学 (case-based learning,CBL)在飞行员心血管病筛查及健康管理教学中的应用效果。
      方法 以我校2023年航空军医任职培训学员为研究对象,试验组采用TSP、Seminar、CBL联合教学模式授课,对照组采用传统授课方法进行飞行员心血管病鉴定及健康管理课程教学。通过理论考核、实践考核、问卷调查等形式对学习效果和满意度进行评价。
      结果 试验组教学满意度、理论成绩、实践成绩、自主学习能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义 (均P< 0.01)。
      结论 在飞行员心血管病鉴定及健康管理教学中实施TSP、Seminar、CBL联合教学模式能有效提高学习效果,得到了学生的广泛认可,提升了教学质量和学生的综合素质。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM  To evaluate the practical effectiveness of integrating case-based learning (CBL), teachers standardized patients (TSP) and Seminar in the teaching of cardiovascular diseases screening and health management for pilots.
      METHODS  The study involved students from the 2023 aviation medical training program at our university. The experimental group was exposed to a teaching model incorporating CBL, TSP, and Seminar, while the control group followed the traditional teaching approach. Learning outcomes and student satisfaction were assessed through theoretical tests, practical evaluations, and questionnaire surveys.
      RESULTS  The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher scores in teaching satisfaction, theoretical tests, practical performance, and autonomous learning ability compared to the control group (all P < 0.01).
      CONCLUSION  The integration of CBL, TSP, and Seminar models in teaching cardiovascular disease screening and health management for pilots enhanced learning outcomes and was well accepted by students. This approach has contributed to improving teaching quality and the overall competencies of the students.
