双师教学模式在动脉粥样硬化病理学教学中的应用和探索

    Application and exploration of double-teacher teaching mode in the teaching atherosclerosis pathology

      目的 探讨双师教学模式在动脉粥样硬化病理学教学中的应用效果,并评估其有效性。
      方法 将五年制临床医学专业本科生随机分成两组,对照组(n=101)采用传统单师教学模式,试验组(n=103)实施双师教学模式。课程结束后,通过理论考试、实践操作考试和问卷调查对教学效果进行评估。
      结果 在理论考试中,试验组的平均成绩为(85 ± 4)分,显著高于对照组(81.5 ± 2.5)分,P<0.05;实践操作考试中,试验组的平均成绩为(82.7 ± 2.7)分,显著高于对照组(78 ± 5)分,P<0.05;问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生对双师教学模式的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。
      结论  在动脉粥样硬化病理学课程中实施双师教学模式能够提有效提高学生的的理论成绩、实践操作能力及学习满意度,为其未来在临床工作中灵活运用病理学知识奠定坚实基础。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM To investigate the effectiveness of the double-teacher teaching model in the teaching of atherosclerosis pathology and to evaluate the effectiveness of this teaching method.
      METHODS The five-year clinical medicine undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (101 students) adopted the traditional single-teacher teaching mode, and the experimental group (103 students) implemented the double-teacher teaching mode. After the course, the teaching effectiveness will be evaluated through theoretical exams, practical operation exams, and questionnaire surveys.
      RESULTS In the theoretical exam, the average score of the experimental group was (85 ± 4) points, significantly higher than the control group's (81.5 ± 2.5) points (P<0.05). In the practical operation exam, the average score of the experimental group was (82.7 ± 2.7) points, significantly higher than the control group's (78 ± 5) points (P<0.05); In addition, the survey results showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group students with the dual teacher teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).
      CONCLUSION The implementation of double teacher teaching mode in atherosclerosis pathology effectively improves students' theoretical achievements, practical operation ability and learning satisfaction, and lays a solid foundation for their flexible application of pathology knowledge in clinical work in the future.
