基于“BOPPPS模型”的雨课堂智慧教学法在高原低氧暴露对心脑血管疾病的影响课程中的改革实践

    BOPPPS model-based rain classroom intelligent teaching practice in “The Influence of Altitude Hypoxia Exposure on Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases” course

      目的  探讨基于“BOPPPS模型”的雨课堂智慧教学法在高原低氧暴露对心脑血管疾病的影响课程中的教学效果。
      方法  在高原低氧暴露对心脑血管疾病的影响课程教学设计中,对空军军医大学2022级预防医学专业、临床医学专业本科生(136名)进行基于“BOPPPS”模型的雨课堂新型智慧教学法授课,对2022级护理专业、口腔医学专业本科生(78名)采用传统教学法模式授课。
      结果  实施新型智慧教学法授课组学生的考试平均成绩(89.2 ± 1.7)较传统教学法组(83.3 ± 2.0)有显著提升(P<0.05);实施新型智慧教学法授课组学生的成绩优良率(67.65%)较传统教学组(48.72%)显著增加(P<0.05);教学模式改革问卷调查结果显示,新型智慧教学法能够明显提升学生对课程重难知识点的掌握度,并在学生学习主动性、积极性和课堂氛围活跃度和教学满意度方面有明显提升。
      结论  新型智慧教学法可有效实现课堂高效互动,提升课程教学效果。该新型智慧教学法可为今后高原低氧暴露对心脑血管疾病的影响课程的教学改革提供一定参考。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM To evaluate the pedagogical effectiveness of integrating the rain classroom approach with the BOPPPS model in the course “The Influence of Altitude Hypoxia Exposure on Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases”.
      METHODS The course design for undergraduate students majoring in preventive medicine and clinical medicine from the 2022 cohort at the Air Force Medical University incorporated the rain classroom intelligent teaching based on the BOPPPS model. For comparative analysis, traditional teaching methods were adopted for undergraduates majoring in nursing and stomatology from the same cohort.
      RESULTS Students in the new teaching method group achieved a significantly higher mean score (89.2 ± 1.7) compared to those in the traditional teaching method group (83.3 ± 2.0) (P<0.05). Additionally, a greater proportion of students in the new teaching method group (67.65%) achieved excellence compared to the traditional teaching group (48.72%) (P<0.05). Questionnaire survey results indicate that the new teaching method significantly improves students’ comprehension of challenging course concepts and enhances their learning initiative, enthusiasm, classroom atmosphere, and teaching satisfaction.
      CONCLUSION The new intelligent teaching integrated with the BOPPPS model demonstrates a substantial capacity to enhance classroom interaction and improve teaching effectiveness. This approach provides valuable insights for future reforms in the course “The Influence of Altitude Hypoxia Exposure on Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases”.
