翻转课堂联合“雨课堂”教学模式在“心脏体格检查”操作课程中的应用效果评估

    Evaluation of the effectiveness of the flipped classroom combined with “Rain Classroom” in the “Cardiac Physical Examination” operational course

      目的 探究翻转课堂联合“雨课堂”教学模式在医学本科生“心脏体格检查”操作课程中的教学效果。
      方法 以“心脏体格检查”操作课程为教学内容,对照组(2019 级临床医学专业,n=50)采用常规教学模式进行教学,试验组(2020 级临床医学专业,n=50)采用翻转课堂联合“雨课堂”教学模式,以此来对比、评估两种教学模式的优缺点。
      结果 试验组学生在随堂测验、教学效果评价和教学满意度评价三个方面均优于对照组(P<0.05, P<0.01)。
      结论 翻转课堂联合“雨课堂”教学模式显著提高了学生的随堂测验成绩、教学效果和教学满意度,其通过增强学习主动性、课堂参与度及知识应用能力,有效提升了“心脏体格检查”操作课程的教学成效。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM To evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the “Flipped Classroom + Rain Classroom” model in the “Cardiac Physical Examination” operational course for medical undergraduates.
      METHODS The “Cardiac Physical Examination” operational course was selected as the teaching content. The control group (2019 clinical medicine major, n=50) was taught using the conventional teaching model instruction, while the experimental group (2020 clinical medicine major, n=50) was instructed using the “Flipped Classroom + Rain Classroom” model. A comprehensive comparison was conducted between the two teaching approaches.
      RESULTS Students in the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher performance in classroom test scores, teaching effectiveness evaluation, and teaching satisfaction compared to the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01).
      CONCLUSION The flipped classroom combined with the “Rain Classroom” teaching model significantly improves students' in-class quiz scores, teaching effectiveness, and teaching satisfaction. By enhancing learning initiative, classroom engagement, and knowledge application skills, it effectively improves the teaching effectiveness of the“Cardiac Physical Examination”practical course.
