以临床实践为导向的混合式课堂在心源性脑栓塞教学中的应用探讨

    Effect analysis of clinical practice oriented blended teaching in cardioembolic stroke course

      目的 探讨以临床实践为导向的混合式课堂在心源性脑栓塞授课中的实践应用。
      方法 纳入空军军医大学临床医学专业五年制本科学生148人,开展以培养临床思维能力为目标的线上线下混合式教学模式,比较开展混合式课堂的试验组与传统方式大课教学对照组间教学效果与考核评价反馈,并进行统计分析。
      结果 研究表明,试验组教学雨课堂随堂测试成绩、心源性脑栓塞病例分析考核成绩以及相关查体考核成绩较对照教学组明显提高(P<0.05),试验组在教学效果反馈调查评分满意情况较对照教学组显著提高(P<0.05)。
      结论 以临床实践为导向的混合式课堂教学模式,拓展了现有教学维度、增加了师生交流互动,提升了医学本科生对心源性病因导致脑血管事件的理解和应用能力,对提升教学质量具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM  To explore the application effect of clinical practice oriented blending teaching mode in cardioembolic stroke course.
      METHODS  One hundred and forty-eight undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of the Air Force Medical University were included as the research subjects. Clinical practice oriented blended teaching mode was adopted and the effect was analyzed.
      RESULTS  The performance of the students in the experimental group surpassed the other group in classroom tests, case analysis tests, physical examination tests and feedback survey, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
      CONCLUSION  The practice showed that the clinical practice oriented blended teaching mode in cardioembolic stroke course has great significance in extending the educational dimensions for highly efficient and well-targeted learning, increasing the teacher-student interaction and inspiring the students’ learning enthusiasm and innovation consciousness.
