基于混合式-CBL联用模式的心血管系统药理学教学实践研究

    Research on teaching practice of cardiovascular pharmacology based on Mixed-CBL combination teaching mode

      目的 探讨线上线下混合式教学结合CBL(case-based learning)模式在心血管药理学教学中的应用。
      方法 通过混合式教学结合CBL教学模式教学,然后根据学生反馈意见和测试成绩来分析混合式教学结合CBL教学模式对学生学习兴趣、课堂参与度、知识掌握等方面的影响。
      结果 该教学模式对学生满意度虽无显著提升,但能够显著提高学生的学习兴趣、课堂参与度和课堂学习效果(P<0.05)。
      结论 该联用教学模式对心血管系统药理教学具有积极意义,为后续广泛开展混合式教学和CBL教学提供了依据。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM To explore the application of the mode of blended online and offline teaching combined with CBL (case-based learning) in the teaching of cardiovascular pharmacology.
      METHODS Blended online and offline teaching combined with CBL mode was applied and analyses were made of the impact of this mode on the learning interest, classroom participation, knowledge mastery and other aspects of the students through student feedback and test scores.
      RESULTS This teaching mode failed to significantly improve student satisfaction rate due to the increased learning pressure, but it can significantly enhance students’ learning interest, classroom participation and classroom learning effectiveness.
      CONCLUSION This teaching mode is of some positive significance for the teaching of cardiovascular pharmacology and provides a basis for the subsequent widespread implementation of the Mixed-CBL combination teaching mode.
