航空航天心血管教学形成性考核评价体系探索

    Exploration of formative assessment in aerospace cardiovascular teaching

      目的 探讨基于任职岗位需求的形成性考核评价体系在航空航天心血管教学中的应用及效果。
      方法 分别以空军军医大学2019年和2021年五年制航空航天医学专业本科学员为对照组与观察组,通过分别实施两种形成性考核评价体系对照组由理论知识考核(60%)、实践操作报告(20%)和操作考核成绩(20%)组成,观察组由理论知识考核(50%)、实践操作报告(10%)、操作考核成绩(20%)和演练实战考核成绩(20%)组成,最终根据考核成绩和满意度调查对教学效果进行评价。
      结果 与对照组学员相比,观察组学员在(80~89)分以及(90~100)分区段人数明显增加(P<0.01),并且考核成绩明显高于对照组学员(P<0.01)。调查问卷统计结果显示,此次考核机制可显著提升学员学习兴趣、对课程内容的掌握程度以及提高其航卫保障能力。
      结论 此种形成性考核方案可进一步加强学员对航空航天心血管知识的掌握和理解,增强学员对航卫保障重要性的认识。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM To explore the application and effect of the formative assessment based on the post requirement in aerospace cardiovascular teaching.
      METHODS Five-year-program undergraduate students majoring in aerospace medicine from Air Force Military Medical University in 2019 and 2021 were selected respectively as the control group and the observation group and the teaching effect was evaluated by the test scores and satisfaction survey.
      RESULTS The testing results showed that the number of students increased significantly at (80~89) points and (90~100) points in the observation group (P<0.01), and their testing scores was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The survey results showed that the assessment model could significantly improve the students’ learning interest and their mastery of the course content.
      CONCLUSION The formative assessment of this course can strengthen the students’ mastery of the course content.
