BCG技术发展现状及其在航空航天医学中的应用前景

    • 摘要: 心冲击图(ballistocardiogram, BCG)是心脏搏动引起的人体周期性微弱震动图形,通过记录BCG信号可实现无接触心脏活动检测。本文就BCG技术的发展历史,在健康医疗领域的发展现状、在航空航天医学领域的发展前景和技术发展趋势及面临的问题进行了综述,并对心冲击图技术在未来临床和航空航天医学中应用提出了建议。

       

      Abstract: Ballistocardiogram (BCG) is a periodic weak vibration pattern of the human body caused by cardiac pulsation. By recording BCG signals, non-contact heart activity detection can be achieved and scientific predictions can be made for related diseases. This article reviews the development history of BCG’s technology, the development status of BCG technology in the field of health care, the development prospect and technical development trend in the field of aerospace medicine and the problems it faces. We put forward some suggestions for the application of BCG in clinical and aerospace medicine in the future.
