翻转课堂变式在单基因遗传性心血管疾病案例教学中的实践与应用

    Practice and application of flipped classroom variant in teaching of monogenic inherited cardiovascular diseases

      目的 探讨O-PIRTAS翻转课堂变式的教学模式在航空航天医学专业心血管遗传性疾病教学中的应用与效果。
      方法 选取空军军医大学2021级航空航天医学专业五年制学生60人为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各30人。研究组采用O-PIRTAS翻转课堂变式的教学模式实施教学活动,对照组采用传统课堂讲授和研讨的形式开展教学任务,比较两组学生的课堂测试成绩,了解两组学生对各自教学模式的评价效果。
      结果 研究组学生认为O-PIRTAS翻转课堂变式的教学模式可以显著激发学习兴趣,提升自主学习能力,提升团队协作能力和表达沟通能力,并且增强解决问题的能力(P<0.05,P<0.01)。研究组学员课堂测试成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。
      结论 结合军医大学实际教学情境,开展的O-PIRTAS翻转课堂变式的教学实践在提升学生的学习投入、学习体验和学习成果方面效果显著。以此为基础,不断优化实施过程中的各环节时间分配、汇报方案、讨论环节教师角色定位等方面内容。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM To explore the application and effect of O-PIRTAS flipped classroom variant in teaching cardiovascular genetic diseases in aerospace medicine.
      METHODS Sixty five-year-program students of aerospace medicine in 2021 from Air Force Medical University were selected and equally divided into the research group and the control group. The research group adopted the O-PIRTAS flipped classroom teaching mode and the control group adopted the traditional teaching and discussing mode. The in-class test results and the evaluation of the teaching modes was compared between the two groups.
      RESULTS Students in the research group believed that the mode of O-PIRTAS flipped classroom could significantly stimulate learning interest, improve self-learning ability, cultivate teamwork ability and communication ability, and enhance the ability to solve problems (P<0.05, P<0.01). The in-class test scores in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
      CONCLUSION O-PIRTAS flipped classroom variant has a remarkable effect in improving students’ learning initiative, learning experience and learning results. Based on this, the time allocation, the report plan and the teachers’ role in the discussion process should be further optimized.
