脂蛋白(a)与心房颤动相关性研究进展

    Research progress on correlation between lipoprotein (a) and atrial fibrillation

    • 摘要: 心房颤动(简称房颤)是一种严重的心房电活动紊乱,严重危害生命健康。既往研究发现,房颤患者中存在“胆固醇悖论”,即较低的总胆固醇与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平与较高的新发房颤或房颤复发风险相关。脂蛋白(a) Lp(a)是一种特殊形式的低密度脂蛋白(LDL),具有更强的致动脉粥样硬化与促血栓形成作用,是动脉粥样硬化、瓣膜钙化与血栓性疾病的重要危险因素,然而目前关于Lp(a)与房颤之间的相关性研究仍有争议。本文综述近几年最新相关文献,对Lp(a)与房颤发生和房颤相关卒中及血栓风险相关性进行归纳,旨在对房颤防治提供新的思路。

       

      Abstract: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a severe electrical activity disorder of atrium, which seriously affects people’s health. Recent studies have found that there exists a “cholesterol paradox” in patient with atrial fibrillation, in which lower cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels are associated with a higher risk of new onset or recurrent atrial fibrillation. Lipoprotein(a) Lp(a) is a special form of LDL, which has stronger atherogenic and thrombogenic effects and is an important risk factor for atherosclerosis, valvular calcification and thrombotic diseases. However, the correlation between Lp(a) and atrial fibrillation is still controversial. This paper reviews the latest literatures in recent years and summarizes the correlation between Lp(a) and the occurrence of AF and the risk of AF related stroke and thrombosis, aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of AF.
