    • 摘要: 炎症小体是先天免疫的重要组成部分,参与多种病理生理过程。机体炎症和免疫细胞信号通过复杂的急性和慢性适应过程激活心血管系统的固有免疫应答,造成心血管系统的组织损伤,广泛参与衰老、航空航天环境和代谢紊乱等引起的心血管疾病发生发展。因此炎症小体就可能成为各类心血管疾病诊治的潜在靶点。NLRP3炎症小体是目前研究最广泛的炎症小体,研究表明其也是多种疾病的潜在靶点。本论文重点综述了NLRP3炎症小体如何参与心血管疾病的发生发展过程及小分子化合物靶向NLRP3在防治心血管疾病中的作用,这些研究进展为阐明心血管疾病的发病机制提供新的资料,为心血管疾病的防治提供新的靶点和措施。

       

      Abstract: The inflammasome is an essential component of the innate immune system, participating in various pathophysiological processes. Both endogenous and exogenous factors of injury can stimulate the innate immune response of the cardiovascular system, leading to a significant inflammatory reaction and resulting in tissue damage within the cardiovascular system. This process is involved in aging, aerospace and metabolic disorder-induced cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, the inflammasome serves as a potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of various cardiovascular diseases. Among the inflammasomes, NLRP3 is most extensively studied, and research indicates its potential as a target for multiple diseases. This paper focuses on reviewing how NLRP3 inflammasomes are involved in the development of cardiovascular diseases and the role of small molecule compounds targeting NLRP3 in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
