高血压与听力损失相互作用机制的研究进展

    Research progress on the interaction mechanism between hypertension and hearing loss

    • 摘要: 噪声是最主要的环境问题之一。长期暴露于噪声不仅可以损伤听觉器官,导致噪声性听力损失,也可以造成显著的非听觉损伤,特别是诱发高血压。流行病学数据表明,高血压与听力损失之间可能存在相互作用。高血压可以单独影响听觉系统造成听力损失,也可以加重噪声性听力损失的程度,而噪声导致的耳蜗病变则具有诱导或加重高血压发病的潜力。本文通过综述高血压与听力损失相互作用机制的研究进展,为进一步开展噪声防护研究和心血管系统疾病防治研究提供理论参考。

       

      Abstract: Noise is one of the most significant environmental problems. Prolonged exposure to noise can not only damage the auditory organs, leading to noise-induced hearing loss, but can also cause significant non-auditory damage, especially inducing hypertension. Epidemiologic data suggest a possible interaction between hypertension and hearing loss. Hypertension can affect the auditory system alone causing hearing loss, or it can exacerbate the degree of noise-induced hearing loss, while noise-induced cochlear pathology has the potential to induce or exacerbate the onset of hypertension. In this paper, we review the research progress on the interaction mechanism between hypertension and hearing loss to provide theoretical references for further research on noise protection and cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment.
