甲状腺功能减退与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

    Research progress in relationship between hypothyroidism and cardiovascular diseases

    • 摘要: 当前我国心血管疾病(CVD)发病率仍居高不下,尚未见拐点,与心血管疾病密切关联的非传统危险因素越来越受到重视。甲状腺作为机体重要的内分泌腺体,其分泌激素水平对于心血管健康意义重大。甲状腺功能减退(简称甲减)是一种常见的代谢性疾病。近年研究发现甲减与心血管疾病有密切关系。此外,甲减起病隐匿,早期诊断率低,常在早期无症状阶段导致心血管疾病的发生发展。有鉴于此,为探究甲减与心血管疾病的关系,本文结合最新研究进展,回顾了甲状腺激素对心血管系统的基因组与非基因组作用,介绍了促甲状腺激素与脂质代谢的密切关系,阐述了甲减影响冠心病、心律失常和心力衰竭发生发展的机制。

       

      Abstract: At present, the incidence of cardiovascular disease in China is still high and its inflection point has not yet arrived, for which non-traditional risk factors closely associated with cardiovascular disease are receiving more and more attention. As an important endocrine gland, the thyroid gland secretes hormones that are of great significance to cardiovascular health. Hypothyroidism is a common metabolic disease. In recent years, studies have found a close relationship between hypothyroidism and cardiovascular diseases. In addition, hypothyroidism has an insidious onset and a low early diagnosis rate, which often leads to the development of cardiovascular disease in the early asymptomatic stage. In view of this, in order to explore the relationship between hypothyroidism and cardiovascular diseases, this article reviews the genomic and non-genomic effects of thyroid hormones on the cardiovascular system, describes the close relationship between thyroid stimulating hormone and lipid metabolism and illustrates the mechanisms by which hypothyroidism influences the occurrence and development of coronary artery disease, arrhythmia and heart failure.
