SIRT1/AMPK信号通路与动脉粥样硬化的研究进展

    Research progress on the correlation between SIRT1/AMPK signaling pathway and atherosclerosis

    • 摘要: 近年来由于动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)造成的死亡率急速增高,严重损害了人们的健康。本文将从氧化应激、细胞自噬、细胞凋亡以及与SIRT1/AMPK信号通路之间的关联性在AS的预防方面展开论述,并浅谈白藜芦醇、姜黄素及人参皂苷调控SIRT1/AMPK通路在AS中的作用,为疾病的发展与预防提供新的治疗思路。

       

      Abstract: In recent years the mortality rate caused by Atherosclerosis (AS) has increased rapidly, which has seriously impaired people’s health. In this paper, oxidative stress, autophagy, apoptosis and the relationship between SIRT1/AMPK signaling pathway are discussed in the prevention of atherosclerosis, and the role of resveratrol, curcumin and ginsenoside in regulating SIRT1/AMPK pathway in AS is discussed, providing new therapeutic ideas for the development and prevention of the disease.
