线粒体靶向荧光探针与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

    Research progress in mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probes

    • 摘要: 线粒体是大多数真核细胞产生能量的场所,同时参与信号传递、氧化应激等重要生命活动。线粒体结构或功能异常是心血管疾病发生的重要致病基础,线粒体靶向型荧光探针通过标记线粒体相关分析物来研究其功能,有望成为深入研究心血管疾病的强大工具,对人类健康有重要的意义。

       

      Abstract: Mitochondria are where most eukaryotic cells produce energy and are involved in important life activities such as signal transmission and oxidative stress. Abnormal mitochondrial structure or function is an important pathogenic basis for the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. Mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probes, by labeling mitochondria-related analytes to study their functions, are expected to become a powerful tool for in-depth study of cardiovascular diseases and are important to human health.
