甲状旁腺素与心血管疾病的研究进展

    • 摘要: 心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)是目前人类致死的常见慢性病之一。随着医学的进步,越来越多的研究者发现,甲状旁腺素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)除了调节正常人体钙磷代谢之外,其与CVD的关系密不可分,PTH可通过PTH各个受体造成机体各种病理生理改变,如参与动脉钙化、心肌梗死、高血压、心律失常、心室肥厚、心力衰竭等诸多疾病的发生发展。因此,探究PTH在CVD中的相关性及治病机制,为CVD的治疗提供更全面的临床指导。

       

      Abstract: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is currently one of the most common chronic diseases that lead to human death. With the progress of medicine, more and more researchers have found that parathyroid hormone (PTH) is closely related to CVD, such as participating in the development of arterial calcification, myocardial infarction, hypertension, arrhythmia, ventricular hypertrophy, heart failure and many other diseases. Therefore, exploration of the correlation and therapeutic mechanism of PTH in CVD will provide a more comprehensive clinical guidance for the treatment of CVD.
