Abstract:
In recent years, the orphan nuclear receptor NR4A1 has become a hot topic in the cardiovascular field. Its expression is influenced by a variety of external stimuli and can be widely distributed in a variety of tissues and cells, and it can also participate in the regulation of cell differentiation, proliferation, survival and apoptosis, and its function is also considered to have a critical impact on the inflammatory response and vascular remodeling. In this paper, we review the role of NR4A1 receptors in atherosclerosis and myocardial infarction.
