运动改善心肌缺血再灌注损伤机制的研究进展

    Advances in exercise to prevent and improve myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury

    • 摘要: 运动可以预防和降低心血管系统疾病的发生和发展,还可以提供直接的内源性心肌保护作用。运动诱导的心脏保护机制包括胞质抗氧化能力,线粒体功能代谢的调节作用,肌因子介导的心血管系统中抗凋亡和抗炎作用,以及通过器官间串扰对心血管系统的全身影响。在运动提供的心脏保护机制方面,仍有许多需要阐明的地方。本综述旨在总结运动诱导心血管保护作用机制的认识,以及可能为保护心肌缺血再灌注损伤的治疗和预防提供思路。

       

      Abstract: Exercise can prevent and reduce the onset and progression of cardiovascular system disease and can also provide direct endogenous cardioprotective effects. Exercise-induced cardioprotective mechanisms include cytoplasmic antioxidant capacity, modulatory effects of mitochondrial functional metabolism, myokine-mediated anti-apoptotic and anti-inflammatory effects in the cardiovascular system, and systemic effects on the cardiovascular system through inter-organ crosstalk. Much remains to be elucidated with regard to the cardioprotective mechanisms provided by exercise. The aim of this review is to summarize the understanding of the mechanisms of exercise-induced cardioprotective effects and the ideas that may provide new ways for the treatment and prevention of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
