Abstract:
Kawasaki disease shock syndrome is a critical manifestation of Kawasaki disease. The hemodynamic of the patients is unstable and the disease progresses rapidly. Shock is the main feature and is accompanied by multiple organ damage in the whole body. It is very important to early identify and deal with the shock. This article summarizes the diagnosis, clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of Kawasaki disease shock syndrome in combination with the relevant literature published in recent years, in order to help clinicians better understand and deal with this emergency.
