    精准医疗时代心血管药物个体化用药教学中PBL融合FC教学方法的探索

    Exploration of problem based learning combined flipped classroom in teaching of individualized medication of cardiovascular drugs

    • 摘要:
        目的  探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem based learning,PBL)联合翻转课堂(flipped classroom,FC)教学方法在心血管疾病个体化用药教学中的应用。
        方法  将学生随机分为试验组(PBL + FC教学法)和对照组(传统教学法),通过考核和问卷调查方式评价两种教学方法联合在心血管疾病个体化用药教学中的应用效果。
        结果  试验组的成绩高于传统教学组(P < 0.05)。与传统教学法相比,PBL + FC教学法能够增强学生学习兴趣,提高学生自主学习和分析解决问题能力。
        结论  PBL + FC教学方法优于传统教学法。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To explore the application of combining problem based learning (PBL) and flipped classroom (FC) in instruction of individualized medication of cardiovascular drugs.
        METHODS  Sixty students were randomly divided into PBL + FC group (n = 30) and traditional classroom group (n =3 0). Statistical analysis was carried out to compare the scores of the final examination and questionnaires between the two groups.
        RESULTS  The testing scores of students in PBL + FC group were much higher than those in traditional classroom group (P < 0.05). The questionnaire survey results showed that PBL plus FC teaching model better improved the students’ learning interests and their ability of autonomous learning, and that of analyzing and solving problems compared with traditional classroom teaching method.
        CONCLUSION  The teaching method of PBL +FC is superior to traditional classroom method in teaching of individualized medication of cardiovascular drugs.
