    比索洛尔与美托洛尔用于急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死PCI术后患者心率及心率变异性的比较

    Comparison of heart rate and heart rate variability after PCI between bisoprolol and metoprolol in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

    • 摘要:
        目的  比较比索洛尔与美托洛尔用于急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗术后心率及心率变异性。
        方法  入选STEMI PCI术后120例患者,按实际用药分为比索洛尔组和美托洛尔组(每组各60例)。美托洛尔组术后口服琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片,比索洛尔组术后口服富马酸比索洛尔组,两组均接受指南推荐常规抗血小板等基础治疗。对比两组患者术后第1个月、术后第3个月的心率及心率变异性(HRV)的变化情况。
        结果  经过治疗后,比索洛尔组的最快心率、平均心率显著降低(P<0.05);比索洛尔组的时域指标(SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50)均有显著改善(均P<0.05)。
        结论  比索洛尔可以有效地改善STEMI患者PCI术后心率及HRV。

       

      Abstract: AIM To investigate the difference of heart rate and heart rate variability between bisoprolol and metoprolol after PCI for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction after PCI were divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Control group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets after operation and treatment group was given bisoprolol fumarate after operation. Both groups received routine antiplatelet therapy recommended by the guidelines. Changes of heart rate and heart rate variability were compared between the two groups at first month and third months after operation. Results After treatment, the fastest heart rate and the average heart rate in treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) and the time domain indexes (SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD, PNN50) in the treatment group were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Bisoprolol effectively improves the heart rate and heart rate variability after PCI in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
