    Effect of ROS-mediated autophagy in cardiovascular diseases

    • 摘要: 心血管疾病是一类严重危害人类健康的重大疾病。活性氧簇(ROS)既可引起氧化应激反应直接参与心血管疾病的发生,又可诱导自噬的启动,而贯穿于心血管疾病的始终。本文就ROS与自噬的作用以及ROS介导的自噬在动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血/再灌注损伤及心力衰竭中的作用进行阐述,以期为临床心血管疾病的防治提供新思路。

       

      Abstract: Cardiovascular disease is a serious disease that seriously affects human health. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) can not only cause oxidative stress response directly involved in the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, but also induce the initiation of autophagy. This article describes the role of ROS and autophagy and the role of ROS-mediated autophagy in atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and heart failure so as to provide some new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
