Research progress of hypertension and inflammatory response

    • Increasing evidence suggests that the inflammatory process is closely associated with essential hypertension. Data reviewed here provide evidence that identification of clinically useful indices and development of novel therapeutic approaches to interfering with inflammation and oxidative stress may ameliorate cardiovascular outcomes in hypertension.
