New progress in right ventricular septal pacing

The right ventricular septum (RVS) adjoins to the His bundle. Right ventricular septal pacing (RVSP) may produce preferable hemodynamic effects and protect left ventricular function, but clinical studies have provided conflicting results. This review summarizes new progress in RVSP and provides reference for clinical selection of optimum pacing sites.
