Clinical application of heart type fatty acid-binding protein in acute coronary syndrome
-
Abstract
Heart type fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP) is a new heart biochemical marker, which in recent years has been studied more in China and abroad. H-FABP has a high degree of myocardium specificity and can be rapidly released largely into the peripheral blood in the early stage after myocardial cell damage. This characteristic of H-FABP has important clinical significance for early diagnosis and prognosis of acute myocardial injury. The review summarizes the clinical application prospects of H-FABP in acute coronary syndrome.
