Abstract
AIM:To probe the impact of defibrase on hsCRP and TNFα in patients with nonST segment myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). METHODS: Eightysix patients with NSTEMI were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group. Standardized treatment was given to the two groups and defibrase was added in the treatment group. ELISA was used to analyze plasma TNFα level and LaTeX enhanced immune turbidimetry method was employed to detect hsCRP. RESULTS: Both TNFα level and hsCRP level significantly decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total efficiency rate between the treatment group and control group, but there was an obvious increasing tendency. CONCLUSION: On the basis of standardized treatment, defibrase decreases the levels of inflammation index (TNF-α and hsCRP) in patients with NSTEMI.
