Abstract
AIM To compare the positive rate of frequency domain cardiogram (FCG), electrodiogram (ECG) and vectorcardiogram (VCG) tests in the unstable angina pectoris (UAP) cases. METHODS FCG, static ECG and VCG tests were performed in 162 cases diagnosed with unstable angina pectoris by coronary angiography. The results were analyzed and compared. RESULTS The positive rate by FCG group was statistically higher than those by ECG and VCD (P<0.01). The positive rate by FCG for multibranch lesion was statistically higher than that for single lesion (P<0.01). The positive rate by FCG for LVEF<0.50 was statistically higher than that for LVEF≥0.50 (P<0.01). CONCLUSION The positive rate for UAP by FCG is significantly higher than that by ECG or VCG.
