Investigation and analysis of trainees’ satisfaction of standardized residents training in cardiovascular department

AIM To analyze the degree of satisfaction in trainees in standardized residents training in a Cardiovascular Department. METHODS Trainees in a standardized residency training program in 2015 were provided a survey. The contents included degree of satisfaction in teaching, organization, and administration of the training program. RESULTS It was found that the trainees were fairly satisfied with the teaching, organization, and administration of the training program. CONCLUSION The program is well-received and most of the trainees were satisfied with the standardized resident training in the facility evaluated.
