Abstract
Ventricular tachycardias (VTs) or premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) originating from the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) represent a type of rare idiopathic ventricular arrhythmia (IVA). Radiofrequency catheter ablation has been used as an effective and safe procedure for the treatment of LVOT idiopathic IVA. Knowledge of the anatomy of LVOT and electrocardiographic characteristics of IVA enhances the success rate of radiofrequency catheter ablation and minimizes procedural complications.
