Abstract
With the progress of basic medicine, medical equipment, high and new technology and evidence-based medicine, the technology of revascularization has developed rapidly. For left main coronary artery disease, medication and surgery can achieve myocardial revascularization, relieve symptoms, improve prognosis and prolong life. At present, the measures adopted to achieve revascularization are percutaneous coronary intervention and coronary artery bypass graft surgery. In this review, our investigation describes current treatment strategies of percutaneous coronary intervention and coronary artery bypass graft surgery for left main coronary artery disease.
