Abstract
Implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) is the most important means of prevention of sudden cardiac death. ICD, a painless treatment also known as anti-tachycardia pacing (ATP) treatment, is the most important treatment for ICD termination of ventricular tachycardia. Ensuring the safety of patients and reducing ICD discharge, inappropriate discharge in particular, to better use ICD technology for patients is imperative. In this article we review related aspects and progress of ATP therapy in ICD.
