Abstract
Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension(CTEPH) results from incomplete recanalization and remodeling of pulmonary artery after pulmonary thromboembolism. CTEPH patients are often misdiagnosed and have a mean life expectancy of <3 years if untreated. This article reviews the latest clinical progress in diagnosis and treatment of CTEPH.
