Abstract
Coronary computed tomography angiography(CTA) has been widely applied in clinical practice, but arrhythmia has always been the bottleneck of the technology.Limited by the technological problems of multidetector spiral CT and dual-source CT,images always discontinue for the irregular cardiac rhythm.Electrocardiograph editing technology can improve image quality and diagnostic sensitivity.Wide-detector CT can rebuild the images by a single heartbeat in the case of low heart rate, which helps to eliminate artifacts, but its temporal resolution needs to be improved.
